Photos of my Christmas and New Year celebration.

Hi everyone.

Mom, dad and I hope you had a great holiday.  We did.

I want you to know I was a very good girl this past year.  I'm not sure what all the other stuff was about but I want to thank each and every one of you for sending paper and bows.  I had a blast ripping it all up.  Grandma Barnhill, that tissue paper was the best.

All of you were good this last year, weren't you?
Anyway, thanks to everyone who gave me toys and clothes but mostly I thank you for the paper.
Ripping up paper and bows is very tiring work.
Later on we went to my Grandma and Grandpa Babnick's house.  This was their first Christmas with a new grandchild in about 25 years.
As you can see I had my holiday dress on.
Okay, this thing.  What is this, a medieval torture device?

I think they intend for me to get around by myself ... without being carried by anyone.  Can you imagine?!  I mean, I'm a Princess!!

Of course, I protested mightily.
Many minutes later I'm still making a fuss to make sure they never think of putting me in that thing again!
Things are getting better.  I have more paper to rip up!
But I had to wait.  And wait.  They wanted to take pictures first.
Finally!

Christmas dinner was no big deal.  It tasted about the same as lunch and breakfast.
Ok, this photo is from January 1st, 2009.  This is my first new year.
My rubber toe shoes.  They're way cute.
I don't last well at parties.  Needless to say I didn't make it to midnight.
This last photo is just cute because I'm hanging on to daddy's ears.

Hope you enjoyed the show!

Love,
Madi
